Q. How do you pronounce Merce?
A. Merce rhymes with "purse". 

Q. Are your items ready-to-ship?
A. Yes they are! At this time everything Merce & Me carries is in hand, ready to ship. If this were to change, it would be listed as such...loud and clear. 

Q. How long does it take you to ship?
A. We pride ourselves on quick shipping, with normally things going out the same to next business day. However, our shipping team is very small and sometimes the orders pile up, so we ask you allow up to three business days for ready-to-ship items to hit the mailbox. 

Q. Do you need models/Brand Reps?
A. I think this is our #1 question! We run brand rep searches several times a year, usually quarterly. And we love to share customer photos on social media. Be sure to tag us on Instagram #merceandjax and #merceandme 

Q. Do you wholesale?
A. Yes! Click the Wholesale tab at the top of the page to complete an application for wholesale inquiries. Or you can email us at wholesale@merceandme.com 

Q. Can I return an item?
A. Inner wear & hair products are not eligible for return. Other items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size (if inventory allows). The customer is responsible for paying shipping to return the item and to receive the new item. If the requested size is not in stock at the time the return is processed, the customer will receive store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.

If you receive a defective product, please notify customer service at hello@merceandme.com within 7 days of receipt. Merce & Me is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

Q. My tracking number isn't showing movement! Can you track it for me?
A. No I'm sorry, all I have is the same tracking number as you. Please contact USPS to inquire about the status of the shipment. Merce & Me is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
